ADMINISTRATIVE TEAM



JOHN STRADA

EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR OF UNITED PERCUSSION AND ARTS

John is the Elementary School Principal for Saint Cecilia School in Pennsauken, NJ. He also serves as the Assistant Band Director for Gateway High School, Woodbury Heights, NJ. John served as the director for Eagle Percussion from 1999-2002 and is currently the executive director for United Percussion. John's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science-Accounting; Bachelor of Science-Finance; and a Bachelor of Science-Marketing from Drexel University. John also attended Rowan University and received a Post-Bac. Certification Program for Secondary Education. John's other teaching experience includes Haddon Heights High School-'99-'01 and Collingswood High School '96-'00.

MIKE RUSS

LOGISTICS DIRECTOR/VISUAL INSTUCTOR

Mike started Drum Corps with the Brigantine Seahorse Lancers '69 &' 70 (yes that's 1969). He went on to march with the Wilmington Blue Rock in 1974 and the Garfield Cadets in '75 & '76. He was Cadet of the Year in 1975. He has worked with various New Jersey HS bands including Woodbury, Mainland Regional, Southern Regional, Egg Harbor Township, and Absegami. He was an instructor for the Cadets in '82 & '86 and the Sunrisers Drum and Bugle Corps from '85 thru '87. Mike is presently the drill designer and program coordinator for Middle Township High School. During Mike's tenure Middle has won 15 ACC titles and 6 indoor titles. He is happy to be back for his 3rd year with United. Mike works for an Architectural Firm in Cape May Court House, NJ and has three kids, Rebecca, Zach and Sarah Beth.

ARRON ALLEN

BUSINESS OPERATIONS COORDINATOR

Aaron is a small business owner based in Mercer County of a B2B consulting firm and also holds positions within various Non-profit Organizations in Trenton, NJ. Born and raised in Trenton, NJ, Aaron has his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a minor in law and justice from Rider University. He has been around music his entire life with several family members being on the professional circuit. His performance and teaching credits include United Percussion (2005-2010), Rutgers University Drumline (2006-2009), various performances with theatre groups throughout New Jersey (2008- present), Co-Director of Percussion for Rutgers Marching Scarlet Knights (2010-present), and Head of Audio and Video Ministries for Mt. Zion AME Church (2009-present). Aaron is excited to be apart of his home team once again and is looking forward to great success with UP!

CHAD MOORE, ESQ.

DIRECTOR OF UNITED PERCUSSION/DESIGN AND PROGRAM COORDINATOR

Chad began his marching career with the 15-time Atlantic Coast Champion Middle Township High School Marching Band. In 1993-1994 Chad marched snare with the Jersey Surf Drum and Bugle Corps. Chad currently teaches and arranges for MTHS High School. During his span with MTHS, they won 15 ACC titles including 7 straight, 4 percussion titles and 8 top three percussion placements. MTHS has also won 3 TIA indoor titles during that span, including 2 undefeated seasons. In 2001 Chad joined the two time WGI PIO finalist Riptide Indoor Percussion Ensemble as the battery instructor. From 2002-2003 Chad served as the percussion caption head and arranger for the 2002 WGI Mid-Atlantic Regional finalist and 2003 TIA PSO bronze medalist Archbishop Ryan. Chad has been with United since its inception. In that span the unit has medalled 3 times. In 2007, the unit was named the WGI PIO World Champions. Chad has been a member of the WGI Percussion Advisory Board since 2003 and is a current member of the Vic Firth Education team. Chad's educational background includes a B.A. and J.D. from Rutgers University. He practices civil law in New Jersey and was recently named a partner in the law firm Hoagland Longo Moran Dunst & Doukas.

WILLIAM WOODWARD (AKA WOODY)

COMPOSER/INSTRUCTOR/DESIGN

Woody is currently the acting Band Director and Instrumental Music Teacher for Winslow Township High School. His recent achievements include: 2006 Marching Unit Director, Hatboro- Horsham High School- Cavalcade of Bands American Division Champions; High Percussion, High Music, High Marching, High General Effect, High Color Guard. 2006-07 Music & Percussion Arranger, Springs-Ford HS, Royersford, PA- Atlantic Coast Championship Group IV, Chapter III, 2004-07 Indoor Percussion Director, Plymouth-Whitemarsh HS- Cavalcade of Bands Indoor Percussion Champions, 2004-06 Arranger & Percussion Instructor , Hammonton HS, USSBA Group I State Champions. Woody has been Caption Head, Percussion Composer and Arranger for Jersey Surf Drum & Bugle Corps (5 Time National Top 5 Group II Finalists, Marching Member, Composer & Arranger for Bushwhackers Sr. Drum & Bugle Corps (5 Time National DCA Champions), United Percussion Ensemble (3 time PIO Top 5 Finalist), Riptide Percussion Ensemble (2 time PIO Top 5 Finalist). Woody has also taught percussion and drum lines for Upper Moreland HS, West Chester University, Southern Regional HS, Highland HS, and Pennsauken HS. He is also an independent composer for marching bands and indoor percussion ensembles in PA, NJ, GA, TN , FL & CA.

CHET TIETSWORTH

BATTERY TECH

Chet serves as the tech for the United snare line since its inception. A graduate of West Chester University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics. He is currently a Math and Science teacher at St. Cecilia Catholic School in Pennsauken, NJ and teaches the Cherry Hill West High School Marching Band. Chet marched in the Black Watch Drum and Bugle Corps in 83,84; Crossmen Drum and Bugle Corps 86-91 and West Chester University Marching Band 95. Chet served as Crossmen snare tech from 92-93, Jersey Surf Percussion Caption Head from 94-99 and Riptide Indoor Percussion Ensemble snare tech 00-01. Chet's other teaching experience includes, Pennsauken High School Marching Band/Indoor Drum Line, Pennsauken, NJ 87-89; Henderson High School Marching Band/Indoor Drum Line, West Chester, PA 90-97; Hammonton High School Marching Band, Hammonton, NJ 98-99; Highland High School, Blackwood, NJ 99; and Deptford High School, Deptford, NJ 00-04.

STEVE BALLARD

FRONT ENSEMBLE CAPTION HEAD/INSTRUCTOR

Steve Ballard has been a DCI pit instructor since 2002, most recently with Carolina Crown (07- present).He also worked with the Crossmen (02-04) and the Colts (06).  Within WGI, he began teaching the George Mason University pit (09) before becoming more involved with United Percussion (09-present), but still proudly supports the GMU Mean Green! Previously, he was a percussion consultant for DCA's Rochester Crusaders (2000) and Syracuse Brigadiers (2001-03) helping to win two DCA World Championships. His percussion arranging and instructing began in 1997 for high schools country wide. He has been an elementary band director for the Fairfax County Public School system in Fairfax, VA since 2003. Since 2004, Steve has been the assistant marching band director, drum line caption head and pit arranger for the Thomas Jefferson High School for Science and Technology in Alexandria, VA, rated the "Number 1 High School in America" three years in a row (08-10) in U.S. News and World Report. During that time, among other honors, the marching band won two USSBA Group-IV Virginia state championships (08, 09), and the winter drum line won the PSO-class gold medal at the 2010 AIA circuit championships and finished as a PSA-class finalist at the 2010 WGI World Championships despite an overwhelming, school-wide focus on academic excellence. Steve studied with James Ancona as a member of the Crossmen (96-98) and the Santa Clara Vanguard (2000-01) earning a runner-up finish in the (01) DCI marimba solo (I & E) competition. His instructors also include Mark Thurston, Thom Hannum, Jim Casella and Colin McNutt. Steve earned a Bachelor of Music in Education and Performance (01) and a Master of Music in Education (03) from Ithaca College in Ithaca, NY studying primarily with Gordon Stout. Before that, Steve was a student of John Casagrande at W. T. Woodson HS (97) in Fairfax, VA. Steve is a proud member of MENC and the Vic Firth education team.

JIM STELMACH

FRONT ENSEMBLE INSTRUCTOR

Jim started in the marching activity with the Triton High School marching band and indoor percussion ensemble. He then went on to play marimba in United Percussion (2006 and 2008), Carolina Crown Drum and Bugle Corps (2008), and Rhythm X (2009) where he won the WGI PIW gold medal. He has taught the front ensembles at many high schools and has given private lessons in New Jersey and Ohio. He currently instructs the front ensembles at Rancocas Valley High School (Mt Laurel, NJ) and Council Rock North High School (Newton, PA) where he is also writing the front ensemble music. He is looking to continue his Music Education degree at Rowan University and plans to go onto graduate school once finished. Jim is very excited to be working with United for a second year and can't wait to see what this year brings.

CHRIS JOHNSON

BATTERY CAPTION HEAD/COORDINATOR

After a three year absence, Christopher will be rejoining the United family. His extensive marching percussion career began at fifteen years old, as a member of the Crossmen Drum and Bugle Corps from 1986 to 1992. He joined the percussion staff of the Jersey Surf and devoted five years to the development of the program. After a year with the Spirit Of Atlanta in 1999, he joined the percussion staff of the Cadets where he help the corps achieve a Drum Corps International World Championship in 2000, and two percussion titles in 2001 and 2003.
Chris is the former Battery Arranger for the Penn State Indoor Drumline, leading them to a Winter Guard International Independent Open gold medal finish in 2000. In 2007, he helped United win the WGI Independent Open gold medal at the World Championships in Dayton. Chris has also written For West Chester University, Millersville University, Washington Township High School in Sewell, NJ, and Coatesville Area High School in Coatesville, PA.


SARAH FABIAN

BASS TECHNICIAN

Sarah was a four-year marching member of United Percussion, recently aging-out in 2010. She was a member of Carolina Crown Drum and Bugle Corps in 2009 and before that, she marched with the Jersey Surf Drum and Bugle Corps for four years ('05 - '08).
In 2011, Sarah joined the percussion staff as the bass tech for the Crossmen Drum and Bugle Corps. The year before that, in 2010, she was the bass tech for the Colts Drum and Bugle Corps. Currently, she teaches Calvert Hall College High School's marching band and Urbana High School's indoor drumline. Sarah also works with several other Maryland area ensembles. She is currently a consultant for Chesapeake Indoor Percussion and has served as the caption head for Perry Hall High School's marching band in Baltimore, Maryland. While there, she was the founder and director of the school's indoor drumline program in 2007.
Sarah is currently a student at Towson University, earning a Bachelor of Science Degree in Music Education in Percussion. She currently performs with many prestigious groups in the area such as the Baltimore Symphony Orchestra, the Baltimore Memorial Players Association and was a former member of the Towson University Marching Band.
Sarah is excited to be working with United Percussion's bass line this year.

KEITH GOODWIN

AUDIO ENGINEER

Keith Goodwin, a native of Lewisport, KY, is the audio engineer for United Percussion. Keith began his audio career at Middle Tennessee State University, where he studied recording techniques with nationally-acclaimed recording industry faculty. While at MTSU, he served as an audio technician for acts such as Kanye West, Sheryl Crow, Widespread Panic, and Augustana. He has also worked as the audio engineer for Carolina Crown since 2007, and additionally for Redline Percussion, Palmetto Percussion, and Bellbrook (OH) High School.
Keith has a Bachelor's degree in Recording Industry from MTSU, and a MBA from the University of Kentucky. Keith currently resides in Centerville, OH, where he works as a program manager for Wright-Patterson Air Force Base

ZACH SCHLICHER

BATTERY INSTRUCTOR/ BATTERY ARRANGER

Zach Schlicher has been involved with the marching arts since 1997. Upon graduation from high school in 2001, he began his drum corps career with The Cadets. He continued to perform with the corps for four years and served as the percussion section leader in his final season. During his time there, the percussion section earned three consecutive Fred Sanford High Percussion awards. During the academic year, Zach studied percussion at Indiana University of Pennsylvania and the University of Massachusetts in Amherst. Zach has worked with several highly successful ensembles as an instructor and designer/arranger over the last six years including King Philip Regional High School, West Bloomfield High School, Walled Lake Central High School, the Spirit of America and Redline Percussion. The summer of 2011 will mark his fifth season with the Carolina Crown, where he currently serves as Percussion Caption Head. Prior to working with Crown, he was the snare tech for the Madison Scouts in 2005 and 2006. Along with his percussion design/instruction roles with multiple ensembles, Zach occasionally performs on cast with Blue Devils entertainment. He has also been featured on VicFirth.com in the video lesson series, "Hybrid Rudiments". Zach proudly endorses Vic Firth sticks and mallets and Evans Drumheads.

JOE VILLEGAS

BASS TECHNICIAN

Joe began his marching career with the Hillsborough High School Raider Marching Band in his junior year. Upon graduating high school Joe attended the University of Massachusetts Amherst where he received his B.S. in Applied Mathematics. Joe was a member of the UMass Drum Line from 2006-2009. In 2008 he became a member of the Carolina Crown Drum & Bugle Corps where he marched for 2 seasons until he aged out in 2009. Since then Joe has taught privately, and with several groups in the Central New Jersey area including the Bridgewater-Raritan High School Marching Band and the Hillsborough High School Marching Band. Currently he teaches with Jeff Bickford at Hillsborough High School in Hillsborough, NJ and is the bass tech for the Jersey Surf Drum & Bugle Corps. He is very excited to be joining the United Percussion team this season.

 

 

BRIAN STOCKARD

BATTERY INSTRUCTOR

Brian marched in the percussion section for Pacific Crest Drum & Bugle Corps from 1996-1999. He then aged out in the snare line with The Cadets of Bergen County Drum & Bugle Corps in 2000 when they captured the DCI Championship. After Brian aged out of drum corps, he became a full time percussion instructor in the Southern California area. He has served on percussion staff for Pacific Crest Drum & Bugle Corps, San Diego State University, UCLA, The Cadets Drum & Bugle Corps, as well as many high school groups that compete in circuits such as WGI, BOA, WBA, SCPA, DCI, TOB & TIA. Brian graduated from San Diego State University with a degree in Business Marketing. He's toured internationally performing with various Percussion Performance groups. He currently lives with his wife Megan in Mechanicsburg, PA where he owns and operates Coast to Coast Performance, a company that provides private drum line and color guard camps throughout the country. He is currently the Director of Battery percussion for the Mechanicsburg High School Marching Percussion Ensembles, and also serves on the percussion staff for Pacific Crest Drum & Bugle Corps. Brian proudly serves on the Vic Firth Education Team, and is an endorser for Remo products.

MIKE DOW

STAFF COORDINATOR/BASS INSTRUCTOR

Mike Dow is a former member of United, having marched bass in 2004 and snare in 2005. He started his marching experience marching with the Absegami High School Marching Braves. From there, he marched drum corps, playing bass drum with the Crossmen (2001-2004) and the Madison Scouts (2006). He graduated from Rutgers University in 2007 with a degree in Computer Science. At Rutgers, Mike marched in the Scarlet Knight Marching Band (2002-2004).
Mike has been teaching at United Percussion since the 2006 season. He has also given lessons, taught, and consulted with various high school percussion programs in the NJ/PA area including the USSBA National Champion, Absegami High School. After aging out of drum corps, Mike went on to join the percussion staff at the Troopers Drum Corps from 2007-2009 helping them to return to be World Class Finalists. Aside from United, Mike currently helps lead the percussion program at Hunterdon Central Regional High School of Flemington, NJ, and is in his first year as a bass tech for the Carolina Crown Drum & Bugle Corps.

KELLY HOWELL

CYMBAL TECHNICIAN

Kelly is incredibly excited about joining the United Percussion team, where she will be serving as cymbal technician for this upcoming season. Very similar to most individuals in the activity, Kelly began her marching career while attending high school at Perkiomen Valley where she marched both bass and snare and acted as the drumline and concert percussion ensemble section leaders. She then decided to further her overall education and went onto attend the University of Massachusetts to pursue a degree in Political Science. Kelly was a marching member of the UMass drumline from 2001-2004 where she studied under Thomas Hannum, and Colin McNutt, and she also had the pleasure of teaching the cymbal line from 2002-2005. During this time, Kelly wished to further her marching experience and auditioned for Crossmen Drum and Bugle Corps where she was a member from 2002-2004 under Lee Beddis. After her aging out in 2004, she was asked to return to tech the Crossmen cymbal line for the 2005 and 2006 seasons. Since her return to the greater Philadelphia area a little over one year ago, Kelly has been writing for and teaching Methacton High School as well as a few other groups in the area, however, outside of teaching Kelly works for the leading corporation in the advanced funding industry located in Bryn Mawr, Pa.

MICAH KASMAN

DESIGN CONSULTANT

Micah's experience in the marching genre has included time as a marching member and a cymbal instructor with the Jersey Surf Drum and Bugle Corps. Micah became percussion caption head and percussion arranger for the 2001 and 2002 marching band and indoor percussion seasons at Washington Township High School in New Jersey. His accomplishments as caption head there include 5th place Scholastic A at the 2003 WGI Championships in Dayton, OH. Micah�s other teaching experience includes two TIA Championships as a cymbal instructor with Bensalem High School Indoor (PA). Micah's educational background includes a B.S. in Graphic Design Communications from Philadelphia University. His profession as a graphic designer is at the Monterey Bay Aquarium in Monterey, California.

JEFF BICKFORD

TENOR INSTRUCTOR

Jeff is proud to be a former member of United Percussion, having marched from 2005 to 2008. Jeff started his marching career with the Franklin High School Warrior Marching Band. In 2003, at the age of fifteen, he joined a small division III corps called Spirit of Newark. He marched there for three years and in 2006 joined the Spartans Drum and Bugle Corps. In 2007, Jeff found his home at the Boston Crusaders, marching there until his ageout in 2009. In the summer of 2008 and 2009, he was the section leader of the tenor line and received the Jim Cronin award for outstanding leadership in 2009. During his drum corps career, he performed numerous times in the DCI individual multi-tenor competition placing as high as third in 2006 and 2007. In 2009, he graduated from Rutgers University with a B.S. in physics and computer science. Currently, Jeff is a graduate student at Rutgers where he is studying computer science. Jeff works alongside Mike Dow at Hunterdon Central Regional High School in Flemington, NJ and is the tenor tech for the Jersey Surf Drum and Bugle Corps. He is excited to be working with United this season.

JIM WUNDERLICH

ARRANGER

Jim Wunderlich is currently the Front Ensemble caption head and arranger for the fourteen time DCI World Champion Concord Blue Devils. The Blue Devils percussion section received the 2007 and 2009 Fred Sanford Award for Best Percussion Performance. Jim visits Japan several times a year where he is the Front Ensemble arranger and caption head for Tokyo's Soka Renaissance Vanguard. Other past drum corps credits include work with the Seattle Cascades, the Velvet Knights and Esperanza. Jim marched tenors for the Suncoast Sound in 1989. Jim has been the Front Ensemble arranger and caption head for many successful programs that compete in the Indoor Percussion activity, including eight-time Winter Guard International Scholastic World medalist Mission Viejo High School, two-time Independent World gold medalist Riverside Community College and five-time Scholastic A medalist Loara High School. Mission Viejo HS holds the longest consecutive WGI Scholastic World Finals streak with 13 years total (since 1996). Jim has served on the WGI Percussion Advisory Board since 1996, and is a founding member of the Southern California Percussion Alliance.

ANTHONY PROCHILO

FRONT ENSEMBLE INSTRUCTOR

Anthony joins United from the Boston, MA area. Anthony's marching background began with the Nashua Spartans Drum and Bugle Corps in 2004. From there he went on to march with the Cadets and aged out with Carolina Crown. He was also a member of the MASS Marimba Band and was featured on mallet percussion and drum set. During his marching career he received world champion titles in 2004 and 2005. He was also featured on Vicfirth.com for his drum set competition solo performances, as well as other performances with various percussion ensembles all around the country. He graduated with a degree in Kinesiology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst with a minor in Biology.
Currently he is pursuing drum set as a career and is on the talent list for Cirque du Soleil. He is known for playing all styles of music ranging from pop, funk, rock, jazz, latin, progressive, world, hip hop, R&B, gospel, and everything in between. Anthony teaches and arranges percussion at North Andover High School in Massachusetts. He is looking forward to joining the UP team.


IAN HALE

FRONT ENSEMBLE INSTRUCTOR

Ian Hale graduated from the University of Calgary in 2001 with his Bachelor’s Degree in percussion performance where he studied with Dr. Glenn Price. He received his Master’s Degree in percussion performance in 2008 from the University of Massachusetts Amherst where he studied with Eduardo Leandro and DCI Hall of Fame member Thom Hannum. He has studied marimba with Leigh Howard Stevens, Gordon Stout, and She-e Wu and has participated in masterclasses with several artists including Michael Burritt, Steven Schick, Robert van Sice, and composer David Maslanka. He has participated in numerous professional training workshops including the David Robertson Workshop as part of Carnegie Hall’s Weil Music Institute. He was a member of the music faculty at UMass from 2007-2008 and served as the Assistant Director of Bands for the Calgary Stampede Showband from 2009-2011.
Ian has enjoyed and continues to enjoy an extensive performance career. He has performed with artists including Kenny Aronoff, Jens Lindemann, Susan Hoeppner, Michael Burritt, Eduardo Leandro, Salvatore Macchia and former member of the famous percussion ensemble NEXUS, the late John Wyre. He has also performed with the Calgary Philharmonic Orchestra, the Red Deer Symphony Orchestra, the Berkshire Symphony Orchestra, Land’s End Chamber Ensemble, William’s College Chamber Players and has recorded for CBC radio and BRAVO! television. He was a finalist at the 2002 Percussive Arts Society’s International Convention multiple-percussion contest, held in Columbus, Ohio, and also received second place at the 2002 Montreal Symphony Orchestra Young Performer’s Competition in Montreal, Canada where he received an additional award for best performance of a Canadian composition.
He was a laureate at the 2003 Canadian Music Competition in Calgary, AB, and was a semi-finalist at the 2007 Universal Marimba Competition in Belgium in which over 100 competitors were involved. He has performed at numerous Percussive Arts Society International Conventions and has appeared as part of the Vic Firth concert percussion podcast series.
Ian has worked with many fine marching music ensembles including the Calgary Stampede Showband, the Calgary Stetsons Show Band, the Calgary Round-Up Band, the Central Memorial High School Golden Rams Band, the North Stars Avant-Guard, Spirit of America Band, the Thomas Jefferson High School Band and the Shepard Hill High School Winter Percussion. Ian continues to be heavily involved in the drum and bugle corps activity. He was the percussion caption head and arranger for the Allegiance Elite Drum and Bugle Corps from 2002-2005 and was a member of the percussion staff for the Glassmen, the Magic of Orlando and the Madison Scouts. He is currently in his eighth season as a valued member of the percussion staff for the Carolina Crown Drum and Bugle Corps from Fort Mill, SC.
He is endorsed by Vic Firth, Remo and Zildjian.

MICHELLE SOLLA

ELECTRONICS

Michelle Solla will be joining the United Percussion staff after aging out after the 2011 season. Michelle was a 4 year member with United World from 2008-2011 and played Keyboards, Vibraphone and sampler. In fall of 2011 she joined the marching band staff at Quakertown High School teaching their front ensemble. Her marching career started in 2002 as a member of the Wissahickon High School marching band and indoor percussion ensemble. While there she was drum major and awarded the John Philip Sousa Band Award and the Semper Fidelis Award for Musical Excellence. She then continued her education at Drexel University, earning her Bachelors of Science in Business Administration. She currently works in retail merchandising and inventory control for a leading technology company.

LOU RANDAZZO

VISUAL CAPTION HEAD

Lou has been teaching music programs, drum corps, marching bands, and indoor drumlines and color guards for 10 years. He has achieved regional, national, and international success as a performer, designer, and director. As a performer, he was a 3-time medalist and trumpet soloist for the Cadets Drum and Bugle Corps from 2001-2003 while traveling across North America. He was also "Cadet of the Year" in 2003. As a designer, Lou has worked with bands all over the Northeast, winning championships with Bensalem HS in Bensalem, PA; Pennsbury HS in Fairless Hills, PA; Middle Township HS in Cape May Courthouse, NJ; and Pennsauken HS in Pennsauken, NJ. Other teaching credits include Deptford High School in Deptford, NJ; Cab Calloway School of the Arts in Wilmington, DE; Haddonfield Memorial HS in Haddonfield, NJ; Highland Regional HS in Blackwood, NJ; Timber Creek Regional HS in Sicklerville, NJ; the Bushwackers Drum and Bugle Corps from Princeton, NJ; and the Jersey Surf Drum and Bugle Corps from Mount Holly, NJ. He also helped United Percussion to a WGI Gold Medal and promotion to the Independent World class from 2006-2008.Lou has been an active member of the National Judges Association since 2003, judging marching band, jazz band, and indoor programs across the Northeast for one of the largest marching arts organizations in the country while also serving as an administrator. He is still active as a performer, clinician, instructor, and designer. During the day, Lou is an English teacher at Deptford High School. He is very excited to be back with United in 2012.
